Board of Directors


Parkside H.O.A. has five positions on its Board of Directors ("BoD").

The five Board positions are: 
  1. President
  2. Vice-President
  3. Secretary
  4. Treasurer
  5. Member-at-Large

The current Board members' names are usually listed in the current Association newsletter.
Board members are normally elected to serve on the BoD for a two-year term.  BoD members serve as volunteers and are therefore not paid.

Each year, before the Annual Meeting (generally held in April), nominations are accepted for the Board and an election for available Board slots are held.  Any member (homeowner) of the association ("in good standing") can run for the Board by completing a Nomination Application.  After the election the Board members decide their positions on the Board amongst themselves.
